Personal Care Attendants (PCAs)
- Tenants employ their own personal care attendants and manage their own care
- Personal Care Attendants assist with daily care needs
- PCA time is determined on an individual basis
- Upon move-in, tenants find and hire their own PCAs; if needed our Tenant Services Coordinator is available to assist tenants
in finding PCAs

Village Care Attendants (VCAs)
- New Horizons Village is staffed with two VCAs available 24/7
- VCAs are available for emergencies and unanticipated needs
- VCAs are accessible by phone or Call-for-Aid system
